Supported Accommodation In Oxford
Located in the heart of Oxfordshire, our office is based in the multicultural thriving area of East Oxford, close to the historic city centre, known for its beautiful architecture and the oldest university in the world. Oxford was the first founding project set up by Horizon Supported Accommodation in 2004 and is fully registered with Ofsted. Since then the Oxford team has been working with our Local Authorities and several external partners to continually develop the project to meet emerging changes in the needs of young people.
The team accommodates and supports high-needs young people, and unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people.
We offer various sized accommodation on a solo or shared basis coupled with flexible support packages for young people aged 16+. We can also offer outreach support packages, mother and baby and out of county placements. Our properties are high standard, welcoming and well maintained to support young people on their journey to independence. We are able to accommodate and support young people from other local authority areas too. We ensure the location of our properties is close to bus routes and local amenities to enable young people to engage in employment, education or training and to enable them to feel part of their local community.
