Woodville House is a large family property  situated on a private road in Groby, with easy access to the M1 allowing us to travel easily to a large range of amenities.

We are lucky to be a short drive from loads of main attractions such as Bradgate Park, different theme parks and shopping centres. This means we can offer a variety of activities and outings for school holidays, special occasions, and spontaneous day trips to the seaside!

Our home can accommodate three young people at a time and each one has their own bedroom. We have a good-sized back garden which is has a Wendy House, outdoor seating, and a trampoline for everyone to use. We have a large lounge perfect for movie and games nights. As well as a good-sized kitchen diner with has a cosy sofa which is great for baking, cooking delicious meals for everyone to enjoy and arts and crafts.
