At Aspire Learning, we provide forward thinking, innovative and nurture based provision across our two sites in Croydon; Coombe Cliff and Denmark Hall. This role is to work at our Primary site with our pupils aged between 5 - 11 with needs related to social, emotional, mental health, Autistic Spectrum disorder, speech, language and communication difficulties together with cognitive and learning challenges.

You will be an integral part in developing a new team to work in our expansion project in Slough. We already have one amazing property ready to accept young people with more on the way shortly. The role will be based in Slough with occasional travel to our Reading office.
What we're looking for from you: You need to be a highly motivated self starter who can improvise and adapt to changing priorities and the ever changing needs of the young people we work with. We use trauma informed support practice to help our young people navigate their day to day lives and prioritise an empathetic approach to problem solving and a strengths based approach to building young peoples skills and self esteem.
