Supported Accommodation In South Hampshire
The South Hants office is situated in Fareham, a town between two major English ports, Southampton and Portsmouth. We are bordered by the Southdowns, rolling coastal hills where you can walk the paths and be close to nature.
The cities are vibrant with shops, restaurants, universities and colleges, good travel links and plenty of history. Henry VIII stood on Portsmouth shore and watched as his favourite war ship, The Mary Rose sank to the bottom of the Solent. 500 years later the ruins were located and brought home to the historic Dockyard, where visitors can now see this as well as Lord Nelson’s flagship, HMS Victory and the first Iron ship, HMS Warrior.
Our office is near to the main shopping centre and bus terminal, and in easy reach of the train station, allowing ease of access to the skilled, experienced and caring support our team provide to the young people. Primarily working with local authorities in Hampshire, Portsmouth and Southampton, we are able to accommodate young people from further afield, too.
We offer various sized accommodation on a solo or shared basis coupled with flexible support packages for young people aged 16+, fully Ofsted registered. We can also offer outreach support packages, mother and baby and out of county placements. Our properties are high standard, welcoming and well maintained to support young people on their journey to independence.
