We are delighted to announce the appointment of Steven Bainbridge as our Chief Operating Officer.
Over the past three years, Steven has been an integral part of our team as our Quality, Risk, and Operational Excellence Director, making significant contributions as a key member of the Senior Executive Team. His leadership in advancing our quality agenda, coupled with his deep involvement in strategic projects and operational excellence initiatives, has made him exceptionally well-suited for this role. Steven is poised to leverage his experience to drive and scale our high-growth ambitions across the organisation.
Steven is passionate about ensuring that young people are at the heart of what we do as an organisation and that their voice is at the centre of our strategy.
With a background in professional services, Steven has significant experience of implementing governance frameworks and quality assurance processes, playing a key role in quality improvement and good governance and forging positive working relationships with a number of different regulators, including Ofsted.
We wish Steven the very best in his new role as we continue to strive to offer excellent care, support and education to children and young people across England.
