Our Vision

To create an aspirational community where every child is valued and receives high-quality care and education in a welcoming and safe environment

Our Mission

To support young people to flourish and prepare them for adult life and work.

We know that young people learn more effectively if they feel valued, happy and secure. We are all extremely proud of our school and are committed to providing the very best possible education for all our young people.

The outcomes of our curriculum are highly individual. However, we strive for all young people to leave the school with a range of accredited qualifications and the independence skills to follow their chosen pathways. We report to parents regarding the progress of their child on a termly basis.

Based in Staffordshire, Draycott Moor College is dedicated to providing pupils aged 10 to 18 years with a high quality and individualised learning environment. The school provides opportunities to access learning that is tailored to their needs, whilst developing their self-esteem as they reach milestones in our caring and nurturing setting.

At Draycott Moor, we are dedicated to preparing our students for successful futures through our comprehensive career support programme.

We strongly encourage you to visit us in person, meet our students and staff, and ask any questions you may have. Please contact our School Office to arrange a private visit with our Head Teacher.

Make a Referral

Choosing the right school for your child is a critically important decision. We’re here to support you throughout the referral process, helping you understand how our school can meet your child’s needs. We encourage you to visit our school, meet students and staff, and ask any questions you may have.

The referral process begins when local authorities or children’s services request an assessment. After reviewing referral paperwork and documents, such as your child’s EHCP, our Senior Leadership Team works closely with local authorities and parents to determine the best way forward. Most students are referred and placed through their local education authorities, often with support from children’s services and healthcare professionals. Throughout the process, your child remains at the heart of our decisions.
