Employee Relations Business Partner

Home based with national travel to our children's homes and schools

Salary: £49,995 with a £3500 annual car allowance

Holiday: 25 days holiday +8 bank holidays

This role is ERBP initially for 6 months but with the possibility of it becoming permanent.

Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential

We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, supporting our homes and schools across the nation.

What you'll get to do:

As our Employee Relations Business Partner, you will:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance management.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
• Develop and deliver training to managers on employee relations policies and procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Travel nationally to our homes and schools as required.
• Work remotely, managing your own time and workload effectively.

What we're looking for from you:

• Proven experience as an Employee Relations Business Partner or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationally.
• CIPD qualification level 7 or equivalent .
