Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Contract type: Fixed term contract for up to12 months (maternity leave cover)

Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours per week, (hours and days flexible)

Location: Remote working wtih up to 2 visits per month to our Head office in Cannock

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience

Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential

What you'll get to do:

Accounts Transactional Support:

• Various consolidated Billing processing

Other Accounts Duties as required:

• Bank and Cash Account reconciliations
• Intercompany Journal for manual invoices
• Prepayments
• Accruals - Cash Transactions
• HESL fixed assets
• Central costs accrual
• Rent Review
• Repairs and Maintenance Opex / Capex review
• Assets & Depreciation Posting
• Bank Payments
• Ad hoc duties to assist the Finance Team

What we're looking for from you:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including v-look up and pivot table standard
• Minimum 2 months experience as an accounts assistant
• AAT full or part qualified
• Knowledge of SAGE Intacct preferred
