You're a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in the care sector, ideally working with young people.
  • Hold a Level 5 Health & Social Care diploma (or equivalent).
  • Have or have held an OFSTED registration.
  • Have working knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory frameworks (specifically Ofsted).
  • Thrive in a multi-site environment and excel at communication (both written and verbal).
  • Master digital systems and have a knack for data analysis.
  • Willingness for regular travel and overnight stays.
